Monthly Roast Cycle Notice
Papalgio roasts once per month. Orders placed before the monthly cut-off (the last Sunday of each month) are included in that month’s roast. Orders placed after the cut-off move to the next roast cycle. Full payment is collected at checkout. You may cancel, change, or modify your order before the cut-off. Once roasting begins, your order is final. After the cut-off, fulfillment can take up to 2 weeks, including roasting, packing, export, and final delivery.
