Shipping policy

Our Process

Each Papalgio drop is roasted to order in Panama and shipped in small, limited batches.
Once the pre-order window closes, all green coffee is freshly roasted, packed, and consolidated into a single export shipment bound for our U.S. fulfillment center.

From there, each order is individually processed and shipped to its destination — ensuring that every bag reaches you at peak freshness.


Shipping Timeline

Because our process is seasonal and drop-based, shipping times vary slightly by release. Here’s what to expect:

  • Pre-order phase: 4–6 weeks of open pre-orders.
  • Roasting & consolidation: 1 week after pre-orders close.
  • Fulfillment & delivery: Once the coffee arrives at our U.S. facility, domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive email updates at every stage — when your order is roasted, shipped to our U.S. partner, and when it’s on its way to your door.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, and courier rates. For the U.S., we work with trusted partners offering tracked and insured shipping for all orders.


International Orders

Papalgio currently ships primarily within the United States through our U.S. fulfillment partner.
If you’re located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please reach out to support@papalgio.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate or suggest upcoming global release options.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with real-time updates from our courier partner.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 10 days after the fulfillment stage begins, please contact us Here for assistance.


Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us immediately at contact Papalgio. We’ll work directly with our fulfillment and courier partners to resolve the issue quickly.
