Our Commitment to Freshness
Each Papalgio drop is roasted to order, in limited quantities, shortly after the pre-order window closes. This process allows us to guarantee maximum freshness and preserve the unique characteristics of each micro-lot from Boquete. Because of this, every order is considered final once roasted.
Returns
Since coffee is a perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been roasted, packed, and shipped. Returned coffee cannot be resold without compromising freshness and quality — the very values that define Papalgio.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Papalgio Contact. with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review each case individually and make it right, whether that means a replacement or refund.
Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your pre-order before the pre-order window closes. Once roasting begins, all orders are final.

Refunds
Approved refunds (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items) will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Shipping & Delays
All orders are shipped through our U.S. fulfillment partner once the coffee arrives from Panama. We’ll notify you as soon as your order ships. While we can’t control courier delays, we’ll always assist in tracking your package and resolving any shipping issues.
