Over the next decade, Papalgio is building a direct pipeline for Panamanian specialty coffee. The goal is simply to secure exceptional lots from Panamá, and handle the export logistics ourselves, ensuring the coffee reaches you exactly as the producer intended.

On-The-Ground Logistics
Our operations are based entirely in Boquete, allowing us to work directly with producers who manage their harvests with precision. To protect the quality of these coffees, we distribute them through a monthly pre-order model. Once a roasting window closes, the coffee is roasted and exported immediately.

Coffee is an agricultural product subject to countless variables. We manage those variables by relying strictly on documented sourcing protocols. Every release is backed by professional cupping scores, exact farm data, and complete traceability. The spec sheet provides a clear, factual breakdown of the harvest, giving you total transparency into the coffee you are about to brew.
