Our monthly subscription rotates through different high-scoring varietals, delivering a new expression of Panama’s terroir directly to your door. It is a systematic way to taste and understand exactly why Panama is one of the world’s most celebrated specialty coffee origins.

Rotation: Every month, you will receive a different varietal or micro-lot sourced from high-altitude regions of Chiriquí, Panamá
Allocation Size: Standard high-scoring lots ship in 8oz bags. For exceptionally rare varietals or 90+ scoring auction lots where the raw cost is significantly higher, the monthly allocation shifts to a 4oz bag.
The Pipeline: All orders are roasted on our unified cycle the last Sunday of each month. To secure an allocation for the current month's batch, you must subscribe before the roast cycle cut off date.
Transit Logistics: We intentionally adjust the exact roast and export dates slightly each month to align with optimal working days. This ensures your coffee moves immediately through logistics and arrives as fast as possible without weekend warehouse delays.
